It all started when…
I was just six years old. My father had signed up me up for soccer, and at first I was extremely nervous. I ended up acclimating and finding friends quickly, and some of the girls from that team are still my best friends today. Fast forward twelve years and I am still playing soccer in college! It is and always has been my favorite sport; I love being on a team, and I love feeling like I am good at something.
This blog is dedicated towards highlighting my journey on my college soccer team. There have been a lot of ups and downs, but being on this team and eventually becoming team captain have showed me that you can’t expect change… You have to make change in order to succeed.
